Belly Dance Fitness incorporates belly dance moves for a total body workout. Each class teaches several moves which are then combined for a fun and fabulous short dance combination. Exotic hip scarves (provided) make it all the more fun. Come shake and shimmy with me! (NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME)

Big Balls are the best! Get ready to work your body like never before! We use stability balls to work every muscle in your body while jacking your heart rate up. If you have your own ball, please bring it or let Christine know you will need one for class - thank you!

Boot Camp/ Interval Training has been found to be the most effective way to burn maximum calories and fat. This class alternates between intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning, finishing with abdominal work and stretching for a complete work out. Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, this is the class for you!

Kickin Pilates uniquely mixes Pilates and kickboxing into a fat torching, muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape. This well rounded workout is low impact with the intensity building of a HIIT class! Done in sneakers, bare feet or grip socks, which may be purchased from Christine.

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates is a core-based mat class that will help you build strength without excessive bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. (NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME)

Am I the right personal trainer for you?

I am a healthy, strong woman with curves.  I believe strength and health are beautiful!  My genetic make up is what it is and I work to make myself the best me!

My Mission: to provide women a safe place to be themselves, to be honest and realistic about their goals, and to assist them in meeting those goals.  I will put the personal in Personal training!  I want my clients to be strong, healthy and glow from within with confidence!

I pledge to stay up to date with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, to research what I do not know, to stay within my scope of practice and to continue my education.

$200 - 2x per week for 6 weeks
  - 12 thirty minute sessions

$200 - 6 one hour appointments
  - 30 minutes AASDN Nutrition Coaching
  - 30 minutes Personal Training
