For over 12 years, it has been my honor and privilege to coach and guide ladies in our community through their health and wellness journeys. I have been called everything from "Mean Christine" to "The Modification Queen!" Which I love! I pride myself in giving my clients what they want while incorporating what they need and keeping everything fresh and fun!
Through these years, my body has changed as it's needs and limitations have changed with age. I believe this has made me a better Fitness and Nutrition Professional. I know my limitations and honor my body so that I may continue to reap the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise for a lifetime. I can teach you to do the same!

What also makes me different? I've been there! I was so miserable in my own body, aches, pains, joint issues, unhealthy BMI and body composition. With the excess weight on my body, it actually hurt to go up and down stairs. Through changes in my diet and finding fun, safe ways to get exercise, I lost 125lbs which I have kept off for over 15 years!
