Christine Flannery is a certified NASM & AFAA Personal Trainer, an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor and BODYSHRED™ Certified instructor. She is trained in PILOXING, PILOXING KNOCKOUT and PILOXING BARRE, PiYo, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, and stability ball. Her goal is to make exercise fun and uplifting so clients will look forward to, rather than dread working out!
Christine is also a trained and licensed AASDN Nutrition Specialist offering real life solutions for a long and healthy life. She believes nutrition and keeping fit should be an empowering lifestyle choice not a chore. Let Christine coach you in your personal health and wellness journey!
